I used to stay up late, scrolling through my phone, then feel tired at school. Now I go to bed at 9:30, and everything is better. I focus more in class, and I’m in a better mood. Sleep helps your brain work—scientists say it’s when we process memories and learn. It’s also good for your body, helping you grow and stay healthy. Getting enough sleep isn’t lazy; it’s smart. I still have fun, but I prioritize rest. Waking up refreshed makes every day better.
